Pros

Pay. Opportunities to work with some interesting DoD elements.

Cons

Watching caci employees clock 80 hour weeks producing almost nothing. Walking into rooms and seeing a female subordinate sitting on her bosses lap, and inappropriate touching during the workday, both of whom were arrogantly dismissive when confronted. Getting chewed out and threatened by arrogant and inexperienced when standing up for subordinates being unfairly bullied and targeted by more senior management Unvarnished favoritism. Poor performing subordinates being elevated to management because of inappropriate personal relationships despite poor leadership board performance. People being hired as managers who claim they have PMP, then looking the other way when said people are unable provide any evidence they in fact passed the exam. Management doesn't even use outlook calendar

Pros

CACI has acquired quite a few smaller companies under its larger corporate umbrella, and although they have stripped these smaller companies of their identities and benefits thereafter, they do provide the safety net that larger companies do provide, but the benefits remain on par with most large defense contractors.

Cons

If you're apart of a smaller company that is either acquired by CACI, or have joined a program that once was a part of a smaller company already absorbed by CACI, you'll slowly watch the people, culture, and identity of that program drift away into corporate nothingness.
