No Salary, more than 4 years!!! - Consultant CAPA India Employee Review

I am still waiting for my full and final settlement- I left the company 4 years ago! Even during my tenure, there were salary delays for a longer period. Poor management of the company. Top level management promises but never fulfils. Poor work-life balance - instead of improving project management from their side.
