Unprofessional. COO/CEO regularly accuses people based on gossip and her personal dislikes. She is ruthless ! She recently got her PhD in psychology and psychoanalysis every single employee. She has a character sketch for everyone This company is looking to Use you, Underpay you and Throw you out when they don’t need you. The previous review is from a very political nursing director who was recently promoted to COO. Hence, she calls CCI awesome. The company routinely dictates to heads of various departments to submit positive FAKE reviews, so that people hwould apply for jobs there. Ask any provider who actually WORKS and treats patients how they feel about the company and the I unanimous answer will be : Terrible company, awful COO/CEO who promotes Toxic work environment.
