Their current supervisors at the Multilingual Department lacks people management. They're micromanaging the people that they are handling and they also lack communication within their team members that causes confusion. They lack people skills and they're NOT listening to their members. They should undergo training or change the supervisors into someone else that knows what they're doing. Because if you tell me that they know what they're doing, that's a lie and y'all should check your standards.
