      Not A Good Experience

      Pros

      You can build great friendship among your team. It serves as one of the strength as you go on your journey within the company

      Cons

      1. VERY LOW SALARY. You can never experience yearly salary increase in this company and when you do, it's very low. 2. People work so hard but they don't get enough benefits in return. 3. Ambiance is not good. 4. Top management was never PROACTIVE. 5. Well-being of the employees was never their priority. 6. No direction in managing the business. 7. Management does not seemed to know how to run each businessess. 8. No seminars provided for soft skills. 9. No career growth.

      Overtime and no salary increase

      Good for newbies if you need job experiences

      Cons

      Unfair overtime. Saturday work is paid as a regular day not an overtime. Didn't experience a salary increase even though the inflation now is too high.

      Supervisors needed training or hire someone else

      Good environment for when you're starting.

      Cons

      Their current supervisors at the Multilingual Department lacks people management. They're micromanaging the people that they are handling and they also lack communication within their team members that causes confusion. They lack people skills and they're NOT listening to their members. They should undergo training or change the supervisors into someone else that knows what they're doing. Because if you tell me that they know what they're doing, that's a lie and y'all should check your standards.
