Pros
Worked with some genuinely lovely people. All of those people are at the associate level or work on the meetings team. A lot of those people are gone now or on their way out the door.
Cons
- Senior management and above on most teams do not have a concept of time management, work life balance, respect, or decency for that matter. - Respect for other teams and co-workers from senior management is non-existent. Many senior managers experiencing “center of the world” syndrome. - Company wide budget management is non-existent. - Absolutely no opportunities for career advancement. - DEI initiatives are performative, despite the best efforts of some wonderful dedicated staff members, excluded from the previous comments. -Staff health needs and concerns widely ignored, dismissed, or used against employees.
