Pros
They have a very good Performance Management Process that I like how they are always working with managers to help in identifying to employees regarding performance.
Cons
The salary and wage increase leaves a great deal to be desired. Work load is exceedingly high. Work hours are long. Quality of life is not something upper management considers when project timelines and deadlines are formulated. The health benefits are very expensive and offer very little in terms of cost breaks for RX or doctor's copays. Employees have to pay for Short Term Disability which means if you don't buy it and need it, you're out of luck!
