Some projects can be demanding and require long hours

- Majority of the coworkers are nice - Lots of young colleagues keeping the atmosphere vibrant - Some initiatives trying to improve social aspects at work and work-life balance

- Micromanagement on a level never seen before - No leadership but dictatorship (you cannot really negotiate with your boss) - Academic education is not valued at all - High turnover rate (signaling something?) - Inadequate onboarding - Established workflows and IT solutions does not enable seamless and efficient collaboration within or across departments - Insufficient salary
