Flexible work environment but hard to advance - 2nd Line Engineer CDW Employee Review

Pay overall is good compared to others.

Benefits aren't as good as previous companies

Some good people still left there, but dwindling quickly. That's really it...the few decent coworkers left.

The great culture of the past is gone. Shareholder value is the only important metric now, and tenure/performance don't hold any value anymore to the EC. CDW is a shell of what it used to be for employee satisfaction across the board.
