      Pros

      There is a parking lot that you can park in.

      Cons

      -Low Pay -No Bonus or incentive -The 401K is ridiculous -Toxic work environment- very Woke culture -Racist “Leaders” if you are not a POC -They hire “Leaders” that live out of state, then pay to fly them all around and then complain about money. Then layoff paycheck- to- paycheck employees.

      Pros

      Some good people still left there, but dwindling quickly. That's really it...the few decent coworkers left.

      Cons

      The great culture of the past is gone. Shareholder value is the only important metric now, and tenure/performance don't hold any value anymore to the EC. CDW is a shell of what it used to be for employee satisfaction across the board.
