Good probability to learn different analytical instrumentation and analysis

Needs more organization, even though that has improved in a couple of years

Pros are very hard to come by

Poorly managed . Real favouritism , some employees spend some of their work day doing online shopping and they are tolerated, while hard working employees are never appreciated and always micromanaged. Attitude of the managers is not good. Benefits are not great .
