      Pros are very hard to come by

      Cons

      Poorly managed . Real favouritism , some employees spend some of their work day doing online shopping and they are tolerated, while hard working employees are never appreciated and always micromanaged. Attitude of the managers is not good. Benefits are not great .

      Management only cares about themselves leaves . No career ladder . Promotions are only for certain favorites . Poorly managed . High turn over rate of quality unit

      Flexible schedule, management always has an open door policy, great company culture, everyone is willing to help each other to get the job done, exciting projects in the works including implementation of LIMS
