CES management is very nice and provide help wherever needed. Good learning options and training opportunities.
Cons
Very very toxic client in USA and they expect 1 person handling all activities and expect you to stretch more than 12 hours and despite escalate to make attention. If CES doesnt have this toxic client, then it will.be more progressive.
