Pros
Management makes an effort to bring people together and bring nicer things to the company. My coworkers are friendly, for the most part.
Cons
Despite management staff trying to organize events and whatnot, the employees here would prefer to come to work and then go home. No one really wants to be bothered with gatherings or holiday events. Not really much cohesion between people and guidelines in my department are rather blurry.
