Pros

Benefits are good, starting pay is solid as well even if it doesnt go up much

Cons

Difficult to get raises, but above all else the CEO can be anything from a corrupt freak who shows obvious favoritism to his pet employees, to a hostile tyrant who calls meetings strictly to chew employees out for being unhappy with something. When the company extended hours unilaterally with only a couple weeks' warning, an all company meeting was called to discuss the move. The CEO became angry and talked over multiple employees who tried to explain in a civil manner why they opposed the change. A similar meeting was called when the company offered higher overtime pay to one department in secret, and the other departments became upset when the secret got out. Employees were talked down to, talked over, and generally just used as strawmen for the CEO to knock down. The CEO is easily the worst part of this company unless you are a man in your early 20s who wears tight clothes. Then you will be plucked from the production floor and moved to corporate where you will go on business trips all the time and receive tons of preferential treatment as long as you're willing to put up with the CEO getting touchy in front of the whole company at meetings. Middle management is generally decent and in particular Jason , Jess, Jasper, and Monique are really good and nice. They have their people's backs. Unfortunately they're fiercely overworked and almost certainly underpaid.

Pros

Great pay. Good benefits. CEO is a pleasure to work with and has a great open door policy. The position was enjoyable and appreciated the collaboration of coworkers.

Cons

Direct was not clear from Supervisors and they were always changing the guidelines without advising the employees prior to doing so. Did not seem there was any oversight of how the Supervisors were managing and they needed to do better in that department.
