Business outlook
Pros
Very flexible company with the ability to telework for some positions. Family-oriented and respectful management. Good training and continuing education. Open door policy and generally good natured co-workers. Plenty of opportunities for advancement if so desired.
Cons
The past few years for CH2M have been turbulent at best. There is constant change and always a fear of yet another Reduction in Force. New top level management in the past two years have made a disconcerting decision to outsource some key functions to Poland, which is disappointing for a US based company.
