- Company understands and supports work/family balance. - Opportunity for growth in company because the company is growing and the baby boomers are retiring. - The people who work here are great! - Company has very talented/technical staff who are good mentors - Opportunities for travel if you prefer to travel - Good local market penetration

Cons

- As the company grows there is an increase in bureaucracy/processes. - As the company grows they are focusing on larger and larger projects/clients.

Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

Cons

I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
