Pros
- interesting projects with big multinational clients - international collaboration with experts from around the globe - the managers that I reported to not only consedered business aspects and numbers, but also the human aspects of me as an individual - high ethical standards; focus on quality and health/safety - nice colleagues and good teamwork - regular webinars to improve technical skills
Cons
- it was quite difficult to evolve to another role after several years of employment; this is partly due to the big size and complexity of the company - several reorganisations and high turnover rate of managements
