      Very diverse, offers equal opportunity to men and women. Has competitive salaries and an excellent staff development path. Senior management are also keen on investing in innovation and technology.

      Cons

      Large organization so may take time to be noticed - some of the management matrices may be a challenge to understand initially. However once this is place all is good!

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
