Highly skilled professionals. Get to work with a number of the largest pharma companies, plus some smaller sized as well.
Cons
I work at one of the former Lockwood Greene offices. CH2MHill has never understood the pharmaceutical engineering business and made a major mistake acquiring us. They have insisted on much higher margins than are typical for this business, and have not compromised during this economic downturn (unlike our competitors), with the net result that we have won very few projects and the business is being driven into the ground. They seemingly would rather have us die on the vine than admit they made a mistake and sell us off (or accept lower profits). The other problem is that there is absolutely no communication between management and the rest of the staff - sounds typical for this industry (read the Jacobs reviews). So much for a "professional" environment, and an employee-owned company!
