Pros
When Ralph was there -- nothing same or much good since he is gone...previous and current CEOs both a disaster.
Cons
Lack of qualified executives. How many have any real recognized leadership position in their areas of expertise? Lack of qualified board -- placing a failed leader from UK (now sports) is good example. While he speaks all the lingo he has no career accomplishments. He was open joke in London and now he is on the Board? Chosen because he is yes man. Rio Olympics next disaster on his watch. What has ceo ever really done?? A female CEO openly talking about the "girls club"?? Really? Compare and contrast this company to when Ralph ran it. Very clear identity and values. He was also respected throughout the industry. Current shareholders need to watch what board does to keep share price inflated and to reward themselves. How long can that last? The best thing that can happen is for this company to be sold and to go public -- that would force a more professional board to be formed and to ensure the executive team is qualified to run this once proud company. Very sad to see this happen. Will make a good case study some day.
