Pros

Baristas are nice. Paid is fine.

Cons

The company has no clear corporate culture and no clear self-identity, which created tons of communication problems. I believe they want to fix these problems too. Training is a mess. No clear training system. New employees are making too many mistakes because little information's been told and they are unfamiliar with everything. Stress and conflicts happen between staffs and management. Many people quit soon.
