      (not much) Modern office, known brand, a lot of compliance and security

      Cons

      Extremaly low salary AI-coding is limited Legacy processes Automation is slow (still use manual QA, manual processing of ServiceNow requests) A lot of legacy, which they replace with bad-coded apps while modernizing Low level of technical culture
