Pros
Not at all a sweatshop. People are nice and hard-working. Lots of work perks and benefits.
Cons
There is stigma whenever I arrange for work from home. It seems to be looked upon as being lazy. Also, there are too many contractors in my department that have key roles or high visibility. How come I am not being developed to do what they do in their roles? That way I can grow my career and influence.
