Pros

Location was downtown, that was convenient.

Cons

The whole nine yards, managers are the worse, I worked in the Care department aka retentions and acquisitions. I was there for almost two years in the same role, I had about 5 different managers, no stability, the same lame schedule, not able to take basically any summer vacation because of seniority. They remove points on your reviews if you forget to give positive empathy. It happened to me once, someone said they were going on vacation (client on the phone) and I forgot to say oh wow how amazing you’re going on a trip to where? There is such disorganization between the call centre and the branch. The managers live in some kind of Lalaland and I even heard them making fun of people who were in sick leave and talking amongst themselves. I went to the hospital once and I had called my manager and the absence line, I respect the phone off in hospitals and they had called me 10 times that day, excessive much? I had so many problems with my pay, to this day I was supposed to get my 4%, guess what two pay scales later and no information. The complete worse, no wonder they are the worse of the top 5 big banks.
