      Good learning experience, exposure to all branch banking products and services, if you hit sales targets you can move up very fast

      Cons

      Making Cold Calls, Can have a lot of pressure to hit sales targets, low pay at first, bonus is only around 5-10% of salary unless you are at the very top of rankings
