Unispiring at best - Anonymous employee CIM Group Employee Review

Bizarre experience. My role was advertised as hybrid, but that changed to on site 5 days once I started. Everyone on the team had a different hybrid schedule. Leadership within the team was not qualified for their roles and lacked the necessary skillset for their title. There was no sense of genuine purpose within the team. My manager also made remarks to me about what time one of our colleagues arrived and left the office. I was also made aware a high performing woman on our team was being withheld a promotion because she had kids. No collaboration. Very uninspiring culture.
