4 Day workweek Company events, bbq’s, pizza days. Almost always Overtime if you like OT
Cons
Very disorganized, always a fire to put out. Some micro managers make things more difficult. Can be very busy with OT if you don’t like OT or are salaried. Company morale is poor, managers always in conflict. Co worker conflicts are a daily routine.
