It is an normal company not with any benifits.
Cons
- 2 years bond. - management is very poor and hr will keep saying that "your work in progress" every time when you ask for any help or make any request.It will take too much time to get your work done from hr. - one has to submit original 10 and 12 marksheet and 50k cheque even if you are experienced person and thay will not give your documents back even if you ask for which is illigal and you have to pay 50k if you want to leave the company and take your documents back which is again illigal. - sometime thay shout on employees. - thay will give you false project deadline and ask you to work for 12 13 hours a day on the name of project. in short don't join the company if you don't want to feel like slave otherwise thay will harass you on base of your documents.
