(HR and Management) expert in fake promises when they need candidates. The employee had a personal occasion and they were informed early for leave or WFH before 2-3 months at that time (HR and Management) approved then after the employee applied for leave/WFH at that time he was denied not approval for WFH. If an employee takes an emergency leave, the Project manager is forced to video call for proof. They don't trust employees and give a threat like (I see you at appraisal time). They are forced to employee finish work anyhow on the same day even late at night 1 AM. Here, it Is very political and partialities'. I don't recommend it to anyone otherwise you will spoil your career in CMARIX and you will become a victim of this scandal.

You are slaves for them nothing more nothing less. And all reviews are added by the company itself with their employee work email. No work-life balance. For them, the client is everything employee is just a slave, No proper management on work if anything happens it's on you. Also, they will create a bond with you so you are bound to work with them even if you don't like it because they will take a blank check from you as a safety. Also, Company is converting white money into black money from your salary on paper your salary will be higher than your actual salary so you have to give back money extra money in cash so they can convert their black money to white.
