Pros

The whole management team is abysmal and detestable specimen of a human being. They are inept, arrogant, dishonest and abusive. Some of them have no clue how to manage, motivate, or mentor their subordinates. They only care about their own ego, reputation and advancement and constantly lie, manipulate and exploit the employees. They also berates them for every minor mistake. The management take the credit for their achievements and blame them for the failures. They create a toxic and hostile work environment that stifles creativity, collaboration, and morale. Overall, the management is the quintessence of a bad leader. They provide unrealistic deadlines and blame the employee if he/she cannot meet the deadline. The management screams with QA team like a barking dog. Instead of admitting their mistakes and learning from them, they always blame junior employees for everything that goes wrong. The employees have lost respect and trust for their management and some of them have even quit. The management is a classic example of a scapegoater and a psychological projector who tries to hide their incompetence by blaming others. The salary structure is poor and they cannot provide increment timely. The space is very small. As a result, a lot of employee has to work in a small area. For this, the environment is chaotic and it's hard to focus on work.

Cons

Timely salary is provided to the employees.

Pros

1. The bonding and collaboration among coworkers are genuinely strong. Team members are supportive, friendly, and always willing to help each other. 2. Salaries are paid on time, which provides employees with a sense of financial reliability and stability. 3. The company has a welcoming and friendly community where colleagues can build meaningful professional relationships. 4. There is a certain level of flexibility in the work environment, which helps employees maintain a better work-life balance. Employees are hoping for the WFH to work more wisely.

Cons

1. Very poor management and unhealthy company culture. 2. The CTO’s behavior is highly unprofessional and toxic toward juniors and interns. He often treats employees disrespectfully and creates a fear-based environment instead of a supportive workplace. - Internship periods are frequently extended unnecessarily (often 5–6 months), even for very minor issues. In one case, an internship was extended because of being unable to install AnyDesk, which reflects poor judgment and lack of proper mentorship. - The CTO lacks communication, leadership, and people-management skills, yet behaves differently in front of higher management. Many employees feel demotivated because of his ego-driven attitude and micromanagement. 3. Unrealistic deadlines with inadequate resources and outdated devices make work unnecessarily stressful. 4. Credit-snatching culture exists, where actual contributors are often not properly recognized. Fake promises regarding growth, culture, and employee support do not match reality. 5. Management appears disconnected from the actual internal problems, while employee dissatisfaction continues to grow. 6. The CEO has no idea that company is drowning. 7. Lots of fake promises behind fake smiles.
