Pros

1. You will get some good colleagues and job will be helpful because of them, 2. You will get flexibility. 3. Helpful team leader. 4. Salary is paid earlier. 5. You will get notified of your health records every month (BP, Weight, BMI, Diabetics etc.)

Cons

Some many disadvantages its hard to finish if i start. its not like i feel this kind of situation. Everyone of the company feel the same things. Lets start 1. Managements are self obsessed and don't even think about employees betterment. 2. They should learn management of many things. Just every time shows excuses in order to hide their intension. 3. Salary review don't happen timely. they shows 2 time salary reviews in job posts but gives single review. Still they shift every review for 3-6months. 4. They didn't behave politely with employees. Sometimes it feels like why they behave like dogs, specially with the operations team. 5. They like people who lick their tails. Sometimes reacts fasters without even knowing everything. They always supportive to the lickers. 6. Their is not enough space for prayers. 7. Bad Politics is found there but pity high in the operations and business development side. 8. Very little development opportunities you will get. You will stuck at certain on certain point of development. 9. Another problem you will face during leaving the jobs, chairman creates hard time and behave very rudely . 10. One of the great problem is how HR handle things. You never get any reply of email and i thinks they don't even know professional curtesy. 11. This is the main problem, Chairman handle everything. HR and accounts are like robot. Its good to shift certain amount of responsibility to them otherwise sometime a small work takes huge time just for approval.

Pros

The whole management team is abysmal and detestable specimen of a human being. They are inept, arrogant, dishonest and abusive. Some of them have no clue how to manage, motivate, or mentor their subordinates. They only care about their own ego, reputation and advancement and constantly lie, manipulate and exploit the employees. They also berates them for every minor mistake. The management take the credit for their achievements and blame them for the failures. They create a toxic and hostile work environment that stifles creativity, collaboration, and morale. Overall, the management is the quintessence of a bad leader. They provide unrealistic deadlines and blame the employee if he/she cannot meet the deadline. The management screams with QA team like a barking dog. Instead of admitting their mistakes and learning from them, they always blame junior employees for everything that goes wrong. The employees have lost respect and trust for their management and some of them have even quit. The management is a classic example of a scapegoater and a psychological projector who tries to hide their incompetence by blaming others. The salary structure is poor and they cannot provide increment timely. The space is very small. As a result, a lot of employee has to work in a small area. For this, the environment is chaotic and it's hard to focus on work.

Pros

1. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. 2. Everyone is polite and helpful 4. Management behavior is very bad but they don't cheat at the time of giving salary.

Cons

1. There is no separate place for prayers. 2. Lots of people are working in the office but relatively less for washroom use. 3. Office management peoples are mentally sick. They always scream like a German Shepherd dog. 4. They always bark very loudly with juniors SQA Engineers and even sometimes their behavior with seniors among all tech team is very shameful. Nowadays, They think because of them product output is high. lol 5. The best employee of the year gets those at the beginning of the year who has a habit of licking the feet of office Management. 6. Poor Management, Poor planning, Poor communication skills of management and team leads, low mentality. 7. Too much workload. A lot of work is forced on the head to finish in a short time. 8. Lots of employees are working in small rooms. 9. Working here. There is no life. company giving you money 💰 So, don't need to think about any other thing except their Projects.
