They offer good, competitive pay, and it’s stable job
Cons
Leadership rarely leaves so opportunities for growth are minimal in some areas. Not too many young people but trainee programs help bring in new management. The culture is also very stiff and there aren’t to many opportunities for intermingling with co-workers.
