The company is absolutely horrible. Very toxic work enviroment with an extremely level of micromanagement. There is no space for proposals and or discussion, people in London treat everyone like puppets and they think they are the only people in this world who can do the job. I tried to be proactive and it didn't work at all, I tried to be more aligned and it didn't work either. The company offers 0 career growth path and no trainings. The relationship within the company colleagues are very fake and people from UK are ready to stub on your back at any moment. Frustration and stress levels are very high due to this situation. When something fails finger are pointed brutally towards people that didn't even have responsibility. Last but not least salaries are lower than market conditions.
