Pros

Good Benefits, and regular Mon Through Friday work schedule.

Cons

Oh boy where do I start. The company likes to point out that sucess is achiebed by "Winning Behaviors" which they have meticulously outlined. However, only the lowest level employees are expected to follow these behaviors. Rather than being used as an incentive, they are weiled like a club over the head of anyone who has a new or fresh idea. Stay in line, keep your mouth shut and you have a chance to go far. try to suggest improvements, or ask a question and you will see the result on your next performance appraisal. Good jobs are shipped overseas to India with a major effort to hide this fact to the underwriters and producers. Why just treat people like they are from a 3rd world country, when you can have an actual 3rd world country do the work, at half the cost? Employees are supposed to be the "most valuable asset" but really it is just money.

Everyone is very helpful. My management team is very laid back in regards to the return to office mandate for underwriters.

Serious lack of training for new underwriters
