Pros
People are great; Salary is a huge plus. The level of responsibility management gives you to run a book of business is high. I came out of the trainee program and a lot is thrown at you that first year- expectations from management is high.
Cons
Workload is too high. Software is extremely out of date, which makes keeping up with your workload difficult. The expectations of management is unrealistic- there is a reason for the high turnover at that office in similar positions.
