Pros

Work from home options, that's it.

Cons

In my short tenure, my manager had 6 people leave. He continued to tell me it's because he developed people. No, it's because he was a terrible manager and continued to get away with it. Training is a joke. HR and upper management do not care about your legitimate concerns that should be addressed by their open-door policy. Get out while you still can.

Pros

The pay is decent, but it’s not worth the mental and emotional toll this job takes.

Cons

No flexibility. Expect to work long, inconvenient hours — often until 9 PM or later — with mandatory overtime and every third Saturday required. Work-life balance is nonexistent. You’ll be constantly scheduled and expected to prioritize work above everything else. Not family-friendly. If you take parental leave or need time for your family, your job security may be at risk. Burnout culture. Back-to-back calls all day with minimal breaks (two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch). Time off is extremely restricted. Requests need to be made far in advance and still may not be approved. Poor management. Leadership treats employees like disposable numbers due to high turnover and unrealistic expectations. Toxic “family” narrative. The company uses the word “family” but doesn’t live by it — employees are overworked and undervalued.
