Benefits are good and they don’t micro manage. At least my boss didn’t.

Cons

Inside sales manager is rude and trash talks everyone. She’s Very disrespectful she’s allowed to trash talk you in front of co workers but don’t say anything about her or you will be punished.onboarding is awful experience with no process in place.

co workers have a great attitude. its not extremely strict as long as we get the work done. management recognizes good work ethic and does not drag you down.

sometimes hot jobs come in last minute or jobs become hot unexpectedly. but that's pretty much anywhere most work,

Not many opportunities for growth within the company. If someone leaves an opportunity will open and you will have to apply and interview just like other candidates. This does not guarantee a job.
