Pros
They give you a full insight into the overall image of the store. Hearing about all different season, the inspiration behind it. You will be constantly busy, that's just part of the deal with retail work I suppose. Be expected to learn all the task/roles needed - how to do returns, work in stock and create an enjoyable experience for the customers.
Cons
It can be a demanding job, and being full time you will be expected to pick things up fast.
