      got too political very little room for advancement "caring for people" was supposed to be its strong suit but, in the end, it was all talk

      CP Kelco has a friendly relationship with its employees and many opportunities in the production department. Plenty of benefits, and help and support from HR.

      Cons

      Shifts are awful; work over weekends and nights.
