Pros

Work culture is very bad specially for procurement department, You can write a professional and polite review like this: “My experience with the Procurement Department was unfortunately very disappointing. I felt that the communication style of the management and some employees was not respectful or professional. At times, the way female staff were spoken to seemed impolite and discourteous, which created an uncomfortable work environment. I believe every employee deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I hope the company takes steps to improve workplace communication and professionalism in the future.” “Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I observed behavior in the Procurement Department that I found unprofessional and disrespectful, particularly in the way some staff “specially BOSS”communicated with female employees. The tone and manner of speaking were often rude and inappropriate. I hope the company focuses on fostering a more respectful and inclusive workplace culture.” And In my experience, when concerns were raised with HR, the response was that they could not intervene and that employees should resolve issues directly with their manager. This left me feeling unsupported. I also felt that instead of addressing workplace concerns, there was pressure on employees to resign. Overall, I found the work environment discouraging and lacking in effective support for staff

Cons

Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing
