Pros

If you are working under the right manager, you can learn a lot and grow professionally. There is real talent in the recently acquired offices (Newburgh & Jamestown).

Cons

- They frequently ask for employee feedback, then do nothing with information - Good managers are few and far between - Managers often use junior employees as scapegoats; ownership and integrity is lacking in management - Company appears progressive and forward-thinking, however the reality is that they are an archaic company with out-dated views (i.e. technology, work from home policy, company policies, etc.) - Advancement is based on favorites, not talent. - Company boasts culture, but culture is lacking and almost non-existent. The company as a whole does not have an identity. - The physical work environment is disgusting. - Low salary in comparison to other firms of similar size. - Interns are often recruited because they "know someone" - usually they don't have an interest in the field they are interning for and often end up being a time and money waster. - They continue to expand by buying up smaller offices throughout the east coast, however they are doing nothing to create a sense of unity or culture between offices. The company as a whole is disjointed and chaotic. - Diversity is non-existent.
