Pros

* hybrid working model. 3 days office

Cons

Cons: * Frequent use of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in a manner perceived as punitive rather than developmental. * Lack of clearly defined processes and workflows, leading to confusion and inconsistent execution. * Pressure to present or modify data in ways that may not accurately reflect business realities. * Workplace politics often influence decision-making more than objective performance or merit. * Management culture can be highly self-serving, with limited focus on employee development and well-being. * Limited opportunities for career growth, learning, and internal progression. * Inconsistent leadership practices and a lack of transparency in decision-making. * Employee feedback is not always acted upon, resulting in low trust and morale. * Concerns about favoritism and unequal treatment among employees. * High employee turnover and reduced job security, contributing to an unstable work environment.

Pros

Can take it or leave it ,work when suits

Cons

Sometimes a few dems crammed into one,I started working for them 20 years ago loved it then but not the same. Minimal wage still, and recently asked to do a dem which was really a job for market research which should have been on a higher rate of pay as I have done this in the past .
