Working at home only bonus

Cons

Nobody cares about the bad culture and extremely low motivation within teams. You can make higher management aware but they just don’t care and you get treated with no or little respect. Even on company feedback questionnaires many staff put about low morale and nothing changes except making the daily targets even higher

Pros

Can take it or leave it ,work when suits

Cons

Sometimes a few dems crammed into one,I started working for them 20 years ago loved it then but not the same. Minimal wage still,and recently asked to do a dem which was really a job for market research which should have been on a higher rate of pay as I have done this in the past .
