Pros
The company itself is fantastic. Great benefits, great perks, everyone is relaxed for the most part. My team was wonderful. It was a small team, but made the transition bearable. If I miss anything it would be my counterparts. Very close knit work family.
Cons
There are some individuals in leadership roles that should not necessarily be leading others. There is a severe lack of training and organization. The role was not clearly defined. I was treated differently by leadership due to the mistakes my predecessor made, which does not reflect my work ethic.
