You get an all-expense paid vacation for a company meeting once a year for you and your family (in past has been in Turks and Caicos, etc). Some of the employees are great
Cons
1. Abusive Work Environment: A number of senior people at the firm are abusive, and operate in a way that would not be condoned anywhere else. They are cruel and verbally abusive and will be punitive (i.e. telling you that you can't take PTO even though you have unused PTO, screaming at you in the open). The firm as a whole operates in a culture of fear from the top down, and that culture infiltrates every aspect of the firm’s culture. Though there are a lot of great people, no one speaks about about the abusive work environment or questions those who are out of line. 2. No plan or strategy: The firm is constantly undergoing re-orgs and nothing ever gets done 3. Revolving Door: In large part because of the above factors, the firm may as well be a revolving door. While I was at CRC, 80% of senior leadership left the firm, and the ones left were all the bad eggs (except for CN. Love you CN!)
