Pros
There are some really great and authentic individuals (emphasis on the word individuals) who are truly awesome. However, they are often the ones only there for a short time given the managers aren't flexible in terms of allowing for upward movement.
Cons
Super cliquey and lack of diversity doesn't allow for a welcoming environment. Very evident lack of diversity - racial, cultural, gender, sexual orientation, etc. Even if you look at the universities and business schools people attended, you'll see that there is not much variety. It's time to move on from college. No one cares what frat/sorority you were in.
