Good Company - Lead CRON Systems Employee Review

I have been working for CRON Systems for quite a while now and have seen this company sail through its ups and downs. Like any startup, many came and sailed in this ship with me and many walked the plank. But to be very honest, it has been a sensational journey for me till now – every time the tides have been up and the winds have been harsh, the cofounders Tushar and Saurav have managed to command the ship and take it to steady waters. There are many who would disapprove of the organisation because of some delay in salaries, relieving of some employees because they were unprofessional or not apt to work in a startup culture. Well I have been here from a long time and if I am still here, I pretty much stand to the theory that this is an amazing place to work. Like they say, when there is leakage in a ship, the rats are the first to flee. CRON Systems has no doubt have had its good and bad times and like any startup, it is prone to a lot of problems, but the respect that I get here for my work is something that holds me to the organisation. Both Tushar and Saurav take care of me in my lows and help me celebrate my highs – they have given me the confidence that nothing is un-achievable.

There are plenty of Cons and this is the story of every organisation but I want to be a part of this company till the very end.

I had been working at CRON full-time for more than a year A lot to learn, best part is the work life balance. A very Good working environment and flexibility. Employee can work from home when it is necessary. When I was associated with CRON Systems, always felt like a family. Management is so cooperative and understanding. They always stand with their all the employees in every situation. "No Work Pressure". Even after being a startup they provide a very good salary to the employees as compare to market standard "Overall A Very Good Company"
