Pros

- Flexible Schedule - Very fun work [when there is work] - Lots of variety

Cons

* Not enough hours. Started off great, then dwindled down to nothing. Supervisor kept promising more hours; waited a month; didn't happen. * Last few months, assignments became shorter resulting in less paid time. You could have 30 assignments due but total hours would equal 2 hours total. * Disparate and confusing Technology System. * Unclear/Confusing/Poorly Written Assignments. * Inconsistency of assignments. One day an assignment would be there, the next day its gone. Preventing you from being Pro-Active. * Limited Expense Reimbursement: Admin Reimbursement does not exist; Mileage Reimbursement is considerably lower than National Average; Not paid mileage or time from home to store, store to home. Sometimes had to drive 40 miles one way, assignment took 5 hrs, therefore no mileage reimbursement. * Never received company issued device. In order to complete work assignments it was necessary to use own Cell Phone, Cell Service, PC, have Internet access, Printer/Toner. Cost of my own devices/equipment/services [Out of pocket expenses] exceeded income earned. - Inferior Supervision. - Clients had negative attitude towards Crossmark making it difficult to complete assignments.

Cons

an honest example of your day, we will pay you for 15 minutes to run up to a Walmart. For that 15 minutes we will expect you to read instructions for any new changes, run in and check in with a manager, find our product, count our products exactly, go to the back room and find our products (which is by far the longest step), count our products in the back exactly, bring our products to the front of the store, take pictures and answer questions, remove all old products, stock by date, take pictures and answer questions. If this takes you 25-30 minutes, which is probably a more accurate accounting, we will still only pay you for 15. If you are lucky there may be another job that day, but if not you will be expected to waste your gas, drive to the Walmart that we demanded, and work that 15 minute job alone. In that case we will be demanding that you take an hour out of your day for $3.00.
