Pros
This company is wonderful to work for! There is a lot of support for new and existing employees from direct supervisors, fellow co-workers, and the online community. The work is not difficult at all and you really never have to deal with angry customers. It pays a lot better than many retail, fast-food, entry-level positions with A LOT less stress! It's also nice to learn about new products or new ways to use existing products while you are demonstrating the same to consumers.
Cons
It did seem like there was a lack of training. Most of the training is done online through videos, reading, and quizzes. Some may feel unprepared for their first couple of demonstrations as they are learning all the rules and dos and don'ts of the company.
